A four page announcement on semi-gloss paper of the opportunity for someone to purchase the John Balch House on the corner of Cabot and Richmond Streets in Beverly MA for restoration and preservation of one of the oldest houses in America. Includes a detailed history with two separate drawings of the lot and house. House drawing (by N. H. Isham, dated May 16, 1916) shows the many additions with some details, from the original in about 1638 to 1916. The four page announcement has a b&w picture by Wallace Nutting, is folded in half, slightly yellowed at folds, light wear on edges. 4pp. Ships in a box, no bubble mailers. Good +.
